As your coach, I bring a calm, mindful, positive and supportive approach, helping you explore challenges, fears and blockages to help you focus on what you can influence and control. We can work towards techniques to manage your anxiety and stress, identifying the triggers within yourself and your environment that can create a catalyst for positive change. We will work together to create healthier behaviours, recognise and manage the circumstances that lead to stress, and support you in choosing one thought over another to create positive change.
